In the states they use powdered food colorings, they are generally made from vegetable dyes that have been dried. i have only used them in commercial applications so am unsure of where to get them for home use, try cake decorating stores, or maybe party hire places. the color that they display is amazing, they can be used in cake batters and icing alike and make. depending on the type they don’t impart a huge flavor into the product.
I guess i don’t even know for sure that it’s a sinus infection. it’s been going on for more than a year now, and i’ve done everything i could think of, and taken every over the counter medication i could find. but nothing has worked well and i’m seriously in hell here. i can’t afford to go to a doctor, my household is finally starting to get it’s finances on track and i’m not going to risk that to go green go to a doctor but i can’t stand this anymore.my phlegm is really thick, even when it’s clear. but it’s usually streaked with white, yellow or green and sometimes blood. the blood i don’t freak out about, because the air here is really dry and sometimes makes my nose bleed. but i spend an hour or more every morning blowing my nose and coughing up gunk, the only way i can sleep now is on my stomach or i wake up gagging on phlegm stuck in my throat. every time i eat or even drink anything that isn’t water i cough up gunk for a while after. i have headaches all the time, dark circles under my eyes, sometimes my sinuses even feel heavy.i don’t smoke, no one in my household does. and this is completely ruining my life. i’ve even gained weight because any time i do any sort of exercising, running around, even just going up and down the stairs in my house too much will cause me to start coughing stuff up. i really hope someone here has some good suggestions. and please, don’t just tell me to go to the doctor. i’m not going to. even if i had the money and insurance, i don’t like doctors. i think they’re a waste of time and money. and we really don’t have any to spare.i will pick a best answer if there is one.
